ORDERS
- All orders are subject to acceptance by Foxy Originals.
- All orders are final once approved. No cancellations will
be accepted.
- Minimum order is $250.00. (Special orders under $250.00 may be
accommodated upon approval by Foxy Originals.)
- In the case of special orders, payment is required upon order placement
- Delivery time is 2-3 weeks from order placement date.

- All orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise specified.
- Canadian orders are shipped F.O.B. Foxy Originals:

TERMS AND CREDIT
- All orders require credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard or AMEX) or preauthorized check unless credit has been approved.
- Credit terms are 30 days from invoice date.
- Credit limits may be applied to an account.
- A late fee of 2% per month will be held on overdue accounts.
- NSF cheques carry a $20 surcharge and automatically revert an
account to C.O.D. status.
- If an account balance is over 60 days old, the account will be placed on
‘HOLD’ and no further merchandise will be shipped until the overdue
invoices are paid.
- Foxy Originals reserves the right to split ship or partial ship on a
purchase order if necessary.
- Foxy is only available to sell in specific locations.
- All secondary selling locations must be approved by Foxy Originals.
RETURNS/DAMAGES
Requests to return shipped goods must be made within a thirty-day period from the date of receipt. Returns are accepted in the case of mis- shipments or damaged goods upon arrival. In the case of a customer return due to breakage or damage, Foxy will replace pieces up to six months from date sold to customer. Please contact Foxy Originals and mention the invoice number relating to the merchandise. Upon approval, a return authorization number will be provided. Supporting documentation must accompany the returned product to Foxy Originals. Upon receipt by Foxy Originals, we will promptly credit your account or replace the merchandise.
RETAIL PRICING POLICY
In order to keep pricing consistent among Foxy retailers, we suggest that you establish your retail price by doubling our wholesale price. The Foxy Originals philosophy is to offer customers affordable designer jewelry.
We appreciate your cooperation in executing this vision.
ACCOUNT TERRITORY
Foxy Originals reserves the right to terminate a retailer at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion. Requests for exclusivity will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
